Fondation Pierre Gianadda , Martigny



While planning to build a house for renting on a plot of land he owned, Léonard Gianadda, an engineer, discovered in the spring of 1976 the remains of an ancient Celtic temple, the oldest of its kind in Switzerland.

Léonard, decided to create a foundation , he erected a cultural centre around the temple, it was inaugurated on 19 November 1978.
